All orders over $100 within New Zealand are shipped free of charge, with smaller orders sent for a flat rate of $6.95. For Australia, free shipping applies on orders over $300NZD, otherwise a flat rate of $25NZD applies. Worldwide, orders over $450NZD ship free, with smaller orders sent for $60NZD. Every package is carefully dispatched and tracked where possible.

Please note: sale or sample items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. For full-price items, returns are accepted within 28 days of purchase with proof of purchase, provided items are in saleable condition with original tags attached. Refunds for change of mind are not offered, but exchanges or store credit are available. Faulty items caused by our error will be repaired, exchanged, or refunded. Buyers are responsible for return shipping, and returns are processed within seven working days of receipt. For Afterpay purchases, the same 28-day return policy applies for full-price items.
