Refund policy

We accept returns within 28 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Items must be in saleable condition with original tags attached and purchased either in-store or online at Hills Boutique. Refunds for change of mind are not offered, but you can exchange the item or receive store credit.

For sale or sample items, no returns, exchanges, or refunds are allowed, so please choose carefully. If the item is faulty due to our error, contact us at hillsboutiquenz@gmail.com. Faulty items will be repaired and returned, and in severe cases, an exchange, credit, or refund may be provided for worn items.

Buyers are responsible for the cost of shipping on returns and exchanges. Returns will be processed within 7 working days after we receive the garment.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD), including GST, and overseas purchases will reflect this GST-inclusive price. We comply with New Zealand law, and we're committed to delivering garments you'll love.

For Afterpay purchases, the 28-day return policy applies to full-price items, but refunds for change of mind are not available. Size exchanges are possible if stock is available, but sale items purchased through Afterpay are final with no exchanges, credits, or refunds.
